Carefully studied the actual situation of our domestic cement industry, the author found that most of the problem came from the terminal equipment. That is, inefficient using rate of electricity and inefficient using rate of electric system of supply and use as well, which brought inferior rate between input and output. The thesis put forward the solutions according to the questions which discussed above, by enhancing the using level of electric energy and operation efficiency of providing and consuming electricity, then realizing the maximum output of electricity in kiln and milling.Base on different working theory and applied situation of various terminal equipments; economic operation status of providing and consuming system in Concrete Corporation. The author analysis diversified theories of saving electricity, furthermore, bring forward and apply diversified schemes on saving electricity. At the same time, carry through the relative tests and analyses. The author researches the technology course of grinding materials by tests and probe into the methods of saving electricity upon milling materials. The author comes into the conclusion that biggish effects concerning integrated consume of electricity could be influenced by system structure and operation state of milling; size and moisture of materials; configuration of mill. The conclusion of kiln system was elicited from the manufacture data of YaTai Cement Corporation. To ensure the lower wastage of integrated electricity, such measures should be adopted such as improving the capacity of per set per hour; increasing turnover efficiency; maintaining system maximum output of transforming energy.
