The Metamorphic Amylum factory of Shandong Zhucheng xing mao corn developing Ltd.is the biggest one in Asia. At present, the output of Metamorphic Amylum Production Wastewater that has high COD and better biodegradability is 70-80 m~3/d.But this wastewater has high salinity which mostly is sodium chloride. Because that, the Metamorphic Amylum factory did not find a better treatment all along. Along with the development of the corporation,the treatment of the Metamorphic Amylum Production Wastewater become a mostly restricted factor.Based on the fact that is recounted, it is studied in this paper that the Metamorphic Amylum Production Wastewater was treated by anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR), The main ideas includes:1. According to the experiment,the feasibility was discussed that the Metamorphic Amylum Production Wastewater was treated by ABR.2.The COD and pH was detect at the same time in the process, the common activated sludge acclimation that treats salt-containing wastewater is studied in the startup of the ABR.3. After the startup, effluent VFA, effluent VFA of different sector, effluent COD, effluent COD of different sector and alkalinity which reflect effect of treatment are detected. Inspect and analyze some parameters, such as VFA, COD, pH. The form of the granule sludge and changing of the sludge bed are observed.4.The optimal conditions of treating the Metamorphic Amylum Production Wastewater by ABR were found.5.The running performance of treating salt-containing wastewater by ABR were studied.6.The secondary startup of treating the Metamorphic Amylum Production Wastewater by ABR is studied.7.Engineering simulating design and economics technology analysis are studied, which establish a foundation for further practical engineering design.The study results of this paper indicate:1. It is feasible that using the common anaerobic activated sludge that was acclimated treats salt-containing wastewater. In the process of acclimation,the grads of chloride which is inconformity higher is gradually increased. it is better that the grads commonly doesnot preponderate over 2000mg/L, which doesnot come into being the impact of deadliness for anaerobic sludge system. The littler increased grads of chloride concentration and cubage loading,the littler impact for the system. But by the acclimation,the impact becomes littler.2.According to the acclimation, the common anaerobic activated sludge has some tolerance to the salt, and can be acclimated to the salty-tolerance sludge. By acclimation, the chloric ion is 8500mg/L, salt-containing is 1.6%, the anaerobic activated sludge can degrade organic matter in the wastewater,when the COD removal is beyond 85%.3.It is adviced that the optimal terms of treating the Metamorphic Amylum Production Wastewater is: HRT,48h; pH, 6.8-7.5;temperature, 34℃, when the COD removal is 85.9%.4.The ABR system has some endurance to the chloric ion in certain concentration range. Beyond the range, the system is more sensitive. It is worse to sludge microorganism that chloric ion concentration is sudden sharp reduced than it is sudden sharp increased. The system has some endurance to instantaneous changing of chloric ion concentration or salinity, and it has more endurance to sudden increase than sudden reduce for chloric ion concentration.5.It is not a good idea that Metamorphic Amylum Production Wastewater is treated with The electrolysis and the flocculation two methods,and Considered from the economy It is not suitable.6.After stopping running two weeks, ABR just takes 12 days to finish thesecondary startup.
