Studies On Environmental Quality Evaluation And Ecological Construction Approaches In Jiaojiang District Taizhou City

According to the trend of environmental change in our country and combining the actual circumstance of Jiaojiang District of Taizhou City in Zhejiang Province, this article discussed the concept of instauration and construction of district environment, and the significance of the regional ecosystem construction for promoting the social and economical development.The author investigated the present environmental quality of the Jiaojiang District and analyzed capability of environmental resources whether enough or not to support the development of the economy and society.Based on the investigation and discussion on some related problems, the author put forward the main suggestion of environment construction in Jiaojiang District. It was necessary to build up five construction systems, the ecological economy system focusing on the circulating economy, the resource security system with the principle of sustainable, the environment system with picturesque scenery, the ecological habitation system based on the balance between human and nature, and the sustain system of science and technology, and the culture management and adjustment.This paper also discussed the policy of implementing the ecological construction countermeasure in Jiaojiang District.
