Non-Axisymmetric workpiece has the very extensive application in the industrial realms, such as vehicle industry, the aviation industry and the medical science apparatus...etc. How to machine non-axisymmetric workpiece in the cost-effective manner is an important research topic which is deep concerned by the current international academic circles and the industry fields.In consideration of many shortage that the process method to the Non-Axisymmetric Workpiece now, this text puts forward to the method that create the process of Non-Axisymmetric workpiece surface by making use of the Turn-Milling processing technology, the main strongpoint is that:(1)this method has better equipments gentle and craft gentle than the process mold by the tradition of with the adoption the method compare, which can respond alacrityly to the market that increasingly of the change about customer need of the product which about the small batch quantity and the changes species with to increase;(2)Compared with the process method which adopt the fast servo cutting organ,this process method only need to follow the ball-end mill stalk to make low frequency back and forth sport and high-speed turn-over at the same time,so that it requests low equipment cost and highly process efficiency .This paper emphasizes to study the cutting force model that use ball-end mill to turn-milling the non-axisymmetric workpiece, the main discussion as follow Problems:(1) take no account of the workpiece and ball-end mill in the dynamic or state transform Theories cutting force model (2) take account of the workpiece in the dynamic or state transform Theories cutting force model; (3) take account of the ball-end mill in the dynamic or state transform Theories cutting force model;(4) take account of the workpiece and ball-end mill in the dynamic or state transform Theories cutting force model. this text Detailly analysises and computes the theories influence about Turn-milling process craft parameter.This text research processes the further research as follows,severals have the important meaning to Turn-milling process the Non-Axisymmetric workpiece: (1) the research of the surface topology and process error margin forecast;(2) the research of the best cutting craft parameter forecast and craft programming;(3) the research of the mill stability and wear away the forecast.
