Study On Process Of Isolation And Purification Of Granulocyte-macrophage Colony-stimulating Factor (CSF)

Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (CSF) has been applied clinically to treat many kinds of disease as a genetic medicine since it was been put into market. CSF can increase the red cells in hematopoiesis, correct anemia and decrease inflammatory and so on in vivo. It also can improve symptom and reduce mortality. There are glycosylation GM-CSF from yeast and non-gylcosylation GM-CSF produced in E.coli at present. The GM-CSF has been efficiently expressed in China. But the main problem focuses on the purification of secret strain that directly affect the purity and yield in the process of isolation and purification. This work is to study the purification method of secret strain of GM-CSF and detect every standard for products and to determine a low-cost and high return processing route of GM-CSF.
