Coal and gas outburst is a kind of complicated dynamical phenomena in minings and one of the most serious natural disasters.It is indicated by domestic and overseas mining practice that coal and gas outburst is regional distribution.With the increasing of the coal mine depth, the in-situ stress and the gas pressure increase gradually. The geology condition and the technology condition became complicated in the coal mining exploit, so the significant gas driving force disaster, the gas explosion , coal and gas outburst happen frequently, which had brought enormous effect and the lurking threat to the coal mining safety. Coal and gas outburst was affected by the natural factor badly, such as geological structure, the in-situ stress,coal structure and Mechanics character,gas pressure and gas contents, excavating activity and so on, which are the primary cause to the coal and gas driving force disaster.In this paper, the regional geology structure, the rock mass stress state and the coal stress were researched for the Xing'an coal mining in HeGang. Based on the Geo-dynamic division method, the region geologic structure model was established. Make the rock character distributing model and the surveying of geo-stress as the border and mechanics condition, the feature of rock regional stress rule to the influence and control effect on the region of coal and gas outburst can be found. According to numerical simulation, the coal stress state was analyzed in the course of coal seam mining. At the same time , the effect of the front abutment pressure in working face on coal and gas outburst occurring, which has a great guiding meaning to the regional prediction of coal and gas outbursts and partial detection measures and selection of danger relieving methods.
