The paper present allowed mining displacement and deformation value under highway after read an abundant of reference .in arrange of the allowed displacement and deformation value, according to the physical circumstances of coal under highway in Xi-ma coal mine as well as considering the local condition of geology and mining, exploitation plan of combinative method of strip mining is brought forward, appropriate parameters are selected, and adopt probability integration method to predict the mining induced subsidence. Selected the optimal plan and plotted the contours chart of ground surface displacement and deformation according to the datas acquired by probability integration method. According to the basic principles of FEA, the analytical FEA model of strip mining method under highway is established. Then, the features of strata movement, deformation and surface displacement and stress distribution are obtained. plotted the displacement and stress cloud chart of the whole model, selected horizontal displacement and subsidence of 26 modals datas ,plotted trajectory diagram of ground surface subsidence and horizontal displacement. Theory prediction of probability integration method and ADINA numerical simulation was combined and mutual authentication in this paper, provide supervision reference for the decision of engineering practice.
