After the coal is mined, it will rock formation inside a hollow, when the mined area expanded to a certain range, the development of rock movement to the surface, so that the surface to produce movement and deformation, thereby causing changes in the mine environment, building (structure) buildings were damaged. This movement is a complex process influenced by geological and mining conditions.One of the main research methods is to study the law of surface movement through field observation methods.This paper describes the basic principles of mining subsidence prediction, describes three methods of mining subsidence parameters are expected to strike in order to VC++. NET software development platform, using MATLAB software for numerical processing and graphics rendering capabilities, calling EXCEL as a small database, write the subsidence prediction program. Program includes document management, surface subsidence prediction parameters strike, ground movement and deformation calculation and visualization of mining subsidence four templates, file management module which includes data query, add, delete and other sub-module, surface subsidence prediction parameters strike module includes vector mode method, linear least squares method and genetic algorithm of three sub-modules, ground movement and deformation calculation module includes a main section of the table movement and deformation values of the Mainland and surface movement and deformation values of the whole basin is expected to two sub-modules, mining subsidence visualization module includes a main section of the table to move inland draw two sub-modules and deformation curves and surface movement and deformation of the whole basin contour map.In this paper, the face of Wolong Lake mine109application examples, the use of written procedures were subsidence prediction using vector mode, the linear least squares method and genetic algorithm parameters are expected to strike, which is expected to fit the genetic algorithm parameters calculated to subsidence and horizontal movement of the fitting errors were90.2mm and86.8mm, representing the maximum value of2.8%and7.5%, respectively, tend to fit the sink and horizontal movement of the errors were96.3mm and72.0mm, respectively, representing the maximum2.9%and6.8%, with the other two algorithms relatively good results.Complete the following table movement and deformation values are expected to draw the main section of the mainland and graphs based on the results of genetic algorithms, ground movement and deformation of the whole basin and is expected to draw contour values.
