The Computer Primary Control System Of Coke Production

With the development of science and technology, automation has been more and more widely used in many fields of industry. This paper introduces computer control into coke production process and designs an integrated system including control automation and management automation in order to achieve the control of production and the management of information.After carefully analysis of the requirements of the enterprise, it raises a resolution that use PC as primary control part, single chip as control model and RF communication module between PC and execute part. Combine with the layer and model design methods, it accomplishes the software and hardware design apply with the object-oriented and embedded develop methods.This paper uses Visual Basic 6.0 to develop People-PC interface and Access database to manage the production information. It achieves the hardware connection between PC and control system through RS232 converting into RS485 and interface software of connection through MSComm activeX. It completes the information communication through RF communication net based on SA68D module. This system can arrange pushing planning chart according to real time product conditions and control the locomotive following the planning chart. Under some special conditions, it can adjust the planning properly in order to ensure smooth production. Meanwhile,It can memorize and print some parameters by chart and some special processing parameter such as pushing current can be displayed through dynamic curve and figure. The communication net and its protocol has very good error detecting ability which ensure the integrity of data exchange as well as the requirement of real time. Besides, it can find out problems and terminate operation automatically, and then transform into people control and alarm.After more than one year testing and research in practical production, it proves that this system is reliable and practical which has standardized management processing, improves management level and working efficiency , improves the production environment. It achieves the requirement of the production properly and makes a good foundation of the whole coke product automation.
