| Remote real-time monitoring systems can be widely used in production area and life, which take the computer technology as the core, combining with automation, multimedia, communications and computer network technology, complete monitoring and control of the terminal devices to achieve on-site monitoring, control and remote fault diagnosis. This paper is research on the rolling mill test-bed of WUST metallurgical equipment institute. Using the embedded industrial controllers as well as the related configuration software has developed a remote real-time monitoring system of rolling mill test-bed, which based on the embedded. The papers object matter as following:1) Using the anti-interference ability, systems integration and high efficiency industrial controller with an embedded operating system and data acquisition module, as the bridge of the external interface and control center by means of the core data exchange and signal processing;2) Proposed the communications based on Modbus TCP and the configuration software which support the control equipment and redundant network, not only improves the real-time of data transmission, can fully guarantee the reliability of the monitoring system;3) Advance two methods to prevent the system from occurring false alarms during operation situation, one is to adopt of filter formula to ease the electrical interference of the slowly changed signals, the other is setting Dead Zone to solve the mutation signals with a sense of false alarms;4)Establish an openly real-time historical database system with high-performance, high speed, high throughput, reliability and cross-platform;5)Develop a simple, good man-machine interface environment including the on-site monitoring interface and remote monitoring and diagnostic interface.Running in labor proved that the system interface is friendly and easy to study. It has better security, well portability, well expandability and well stability. The system has some ideas to borrow for more perfect in the future, it can be extend to apply to the industry scene. |
