With the development of the science technique, the measurement technique of objects'three-dimension figure has developed rapidly. Three-dimension geometry sculpting technique has been applied to design of mould,scheme assessee,automatic manufacture and maintenance etc. It needs in science investigation and industry production to convert objects to 3D digital model on computer quickly sometimes. Recently there are lots of objects'three dimension figure measurements have been excogitated, the theory of laser triangulation is one of the optics measurements applied broadly.The laser triangulation of diffuse deflection receiving fashion is adopted in this paper. It is a kind of non-contact measurements, measures on it's own initiative. The theory is that it calculates the object's 3D figure information by analysising images that line laser casts to the surface of the object been measured .The images are incepted by image sensor.First, the postulate of the laser triangulation is introduced in this paper. Then the configuration of the measurement system is designed basing on the postulate and analysises system's demarcate method. A new demarcate method basing on curve-fitting is put forward. It reduces number of demarcating parameters and improves the demarcating precision In the process of disposing images, appropriate filter method is selected to pretreat images. In order to reduce the error of the processes of disposing images managing least square fitting method to distill the center points of the laser line is put forward in this paper. By this a relatively accurate three-dimension figure measurement system which is more efficiently,more rapidly and has a simple configuration is constructed. And this is validated by experiments. At last, this paper analysises the source of the system error and adopts some measures to ensure the precision of three dimension figure measurement system.
