Under the new epoch background, the substance of the enterprises competition is actually the learning ability competition, whose only advantage is the ability that learns much faster than their competitors. In the market competition, the most significant matter is the Marketing and Sales, which means that the victory of the marketing team is rightly the victory of the enterprises. So in order to change the fate of the enterprise radically, it is necessary to cultivate an excellent marketing team.This paper, which is based on the fundamental theories of study-type organization theory, knowledge management theory, marketing and sales organization theory, team establishment theory as well as the prompting theory, has integrated the related literature documents and summarized the features of the study-type marketing and sales team, which are as follows: ideal, original, efficient and cooperative. With the analysis of the present actuality of A enterprises as well as the existing problems, it is noted that the ultimate reason led to the present problems is rightly the marketing and sales team. So the most efficient method to solve these problems is to establish an excellent study-type marketing and sales team. This paper has brought forward the main contents of establishing a study-type marketing and sales team, which are as follows: to improve the fundamental management platform, to build the team object and related mechanism, to establish the training system, to develop the team study and advance the methods related to the every detailed content of the establishment.
