Application And Study Of NC System's PLC

In this thesis, the author goes deep into analyzing working-process, operating-mode and running-state of NC machine and NC machine center,studies widely the functions of PLC's components and orders in Mitsubishi system. In this case, the NC machine center was controlled through designing ladder procedure.The controlling objects mainly include: setting modes and touching conditions of the signals on machine-control onboard; Managize's tool changing process;the input signals in machine's exterior such as spacing switch,pressure relay and photo-electricity switch; the output signals such as relay and contacter, indicator lamp and electromagnetism valve. To counter this content of the process in which the procedure and the outside control circuit was designed, The statement was given fully and clearly in this thesis. In the process of procedure design,the signal type,setting mode and touching condition, Transmission direction and operation about the signal of machine-control onboard, the type of managize, managize's tool changing process,the PLC execute command of tool changing process In Mitsubishi system,the detect mode of the exterior signals and electric control circuit's working-principle of the execute element, all above content was explained in detail.Using the Mitsubishi PLC's plentiful commands, make the ladder's design more simple and make ladder to break away from complex logical relation;Mitsubishi's inner-set PLC make it highly integrating ,and make the design of outside control circuit more simple . Using the function of edit and detect which PLC ladder develop soft has owned. Through editing,modifying,debugging and test running the PLC's control procedure, make the NC machine center's operation function setting exactly,running normally, each functions were verified in reality ,Realized the valid control for working-process of NC machine center.In view of PLC's electric control system, this system can be used both in design of new machine's control system and in machine's NC reform or second develop for control function .To counter different control requirement, revise relevant procedure to realize the goal.
