In the procedure of metal processing and spare parts manufacturing and maintenance, in order to avoid the influence of pollutants on the usage and technics process of spare parts, the surface degreasing treatments need to be conducted. When the cleaning solutions has been used for a certain period, the bath should be disposed or changed regularly because it is unable to degrease due to the large amount of oil, grease, and suspended solids in it. Since the wastewater contains large amount of degreasing cleaners, directly dispose will lead to the waste of detergent and the overburden of water treatment. This article compares the advantages and disadvantages of various dealing technologies of oily wastewater and chooses the membrane separation as the dealing technique. In order to do research on the degreasing solution recycling, a model system of three kinds of surfactants as the research object. The experiment results showed that inorganic alkaline builders passed freely through the membranes. The investigation on organic addictives showed that with the increasing of pore size, the flux would be increased gradually as well as the ratio of permeation. The increasing of the pressure would lead to the increasing of permeation flux. However, it was useless in the ratio of surfactants'permeation. The appropriate pressure is 0.1MPa. While the temperature was increased, flux would be improved gradually. On the other hand, with the increasing of the temperature, the ratio of permeation would grow before dropping, therefore the appropriate temperature should be about 40℃. While increasing the concentrations of SDBS and Triton X-100, the permeation flux dropped before growing, and the ratio of permeation dropped then increased. In the research of recycling degreasing solution, the effect of parameters were discussed including pore sizes, character of membrane materials, operational pressure, cross-flow velocity, feed temperature so as to specify the appropriate operational conditions. The result showed that under the pressure of 0.1MPa higher permeation flux and higher retention rate is achieved using the membrane with pore size of...
