Applies the pulse corona discharge technology in the waste water government, has been valued domestic and foreign researcher's, and makes the encouraging progress and the achievement in very many domains. But this method in reactor aspects and so on electric discharge parameter, electrode arrangement way, reaction process design, reaction mechanism and reaction kinetics also needs to do the thorough research; in particular the organic matter degeneration mechanism and the degeneration dynamics aspect still waited for further knew. Therefore, the present paper to the high-pressured pulse electronics corona law processing coking waste water electric discharge parameter, the operation parameter and the treating processes conducts the system research and the optimization, and to degraded dynamics also to carry on the preliminary discussion and the research, and obtained the reaction kinetics equation.The findings of research indicated:(1) The high degradation rate could be got by the optimum combination of voltage and frequency. It was found that the value of the electrode space and the thickness of the liquid also took place a great influence. There was different reaction principal in different electrode arrangement way. The pH value and CODcr value of the solution changed much obviously when the awl electrode acted as anode, whereas the degradation rate of phenol and conductivity of the solution enhanced distinctly when the awl acted as cathode. It is advantageous to the wastewater finally purification.(2) The optimization process is obtained after analyzing the quality items of wastewater. It is concluded that electrode arrangement way is the way of stainless steel awl and plane iron. Continuous discharging is benefit to the destruction in former 0-60mins when the concentration of phenol solution is high, and discharging at regular intervals is more effective to the decrease of CODcr (Chemical Oxygen Demand) in 60-90mins when the concentration of the solution is low. Moreover, the changing trend of CODcr in the solution is steep in former procedure for the awl electrode anode. The decrease degree of CODcr is obvious for the awl electrode cathode in later procedure. In addition, it is helpful to prevent the increase of conductivity that NaOH is added into the solution.
