In this paper, the numerical simulation study is done about the process of the simplex high voltage pulsed corona discharge and high voltage pulsed corona discharge with TiO2 by simplex needle-plate reactor.The major effect issues are studied including the pulsed corona discharge voltage peak,the pulsed corona discharge frequency, the needle-plate gap, the initial concentration of dye wastewater, the quantity of aeration and the usage amount of TiO2 about the process of simplex high voltage pulsed corona discharge and high voltage pulsed corona discharge with TiO2.And then, the mathematic models which described the reaction between the decoloration rate and the several major effect issues are structured according to the analysis result of the experiment,so the decoloration study of dye wastewater can be tested and verified.The comparative analysis result about the experiment and numerical simulation demonstrate that the process of high voltage pulsed corona discharge and high voltage pulsed corona discharge with TiO2 can be described by the mathematical models which are structured by multivariant higher degree polynomial,and the decolortion rate of dye wastewater can be calculated relative accurately by the mathematic models.And the comparative analysis result of the apparent reaction kinetics about the process of high voltage pulsed corona discharge and high voltage pulsed corona discharge with TiO2 demonstrate that the kinetics process of high voltage pulsed corona discharge and high voltage pulsed corona discharge with TiO2 is suitable to the first-order or fake first-order reaction kinetics process,the R-square is above 0.98 by fitting according to first-order reaction kinetics.At same time,there are conspicuous synergies between TiO2 and high voltage pulsed corona discharge,which can be confirmed by the analysis result about the apparent reaction kinetics owning to the TiO2 in the synergy degradation system.
