Regardless of the tradition spinning yarn or some new kinds, even if using the best raw material, the newest equipment and the technique as perfect or effective as possible, the gauze flaw is also inevitable. The appearance of the flaw influences the quality of yarn and cloth badly. If the textile mill want to improve they products'quality, increase the economic benefit, one of its primary missions is to control the flaw effectively, maintain the uniformity of yarn while enhancing the working efficiency, so as to offer the best product which people satisfies.The electronic yarn cleaner is applied in the spool working procedure of the textile industry. It is used to detect and exscind the harmful gauze fault. It can defer to the quality requirement, according to the yarn's diameter and length, distinguishes and eliminates harmful gauze fault automatically. Applying of the electronic yarn cleaner, we can supervise the working station of the former procedure, control the yarn quality and enhance the working efficiency. It's essential in the modern spinning and weaving.The signal gathering and the excision of the gauze fault is achieved through the sensor of it, the sensor is the key component of electronic yarn cleaner. The electronic yarn cleaner can detect and exscind the flaw effectively or not rest with the sensor's quality.A new type sensor of electronic yarn cleaner is designed in this thesis. It is validated to work stabile and reliably from the results the static and scene tests.The main work includes:1. Designing and improve the optical component;2. Designing and testing the measure circuits;3. Designing and testing the exscinding system;4. Designing the shape and the framework of the sensor;5. Making static and scene test. |
