This article focuses on the study and improves of the contaminative menstruum return technics of tetracycline hydrochloride procreative process. the contaminative menstruum return technics of tetracycline hydrochloride procreative process is developded from those adopted in JIANGXI Chinese traditional medicine limited liability Company and SICHUAN pharmaceutics plant.After applied in practice product,this new technique has been proved useful anthe result of utilize is satisfied.In this study,expert choose the optimization of contaminative menstruum return technics by the new technics all over the domestic manufactories. Then put out the idea that used the first rectify to wipe off the impurity and the pigment , secondly to wipe off water. The result gives satisfaction.The adoption of new type technics has many advantages:less the time of laundering the equipment,increased the menstruum output,decreased the cost of the steam and the substance,and the economic performance increse greatly. This text consider the way of the consecutive distillation menstruum and more it also can solve the potential environment problem cause by the uOH-water. and make the wastewater utilizable.In this new technique discussed the better operate condition of distillation process.By improving the technique method and changing the process conditions make the separation more efficiency which make it differ from other techeniques.In the equipment unit,during the picking up more advanced stuffing and inner parts, separated the products with high quality and low cost,the pure grade can attain 99%,the cost is lower.In this anticle,put out the idea of use magnetic force driving pump as driver instead of others and make the system safety and without leakage.
