For the comprehensive effect in innocuity, reduction and resource, the combustion as a disposal technology of solid waste has been applied widely in developed countries. The technology of solid waste incineration with retort pyrolysis gasification has been considered as advanced solid waste disposal technology than other incineration technology, because it has higher rate of changing waste into energy and lower second-step pollution.Firstly, the paper expounds the method of disposing solid waste, and introduces the relative technologies at home and abroad, and describes in detailed about the pyrolysis gasification technology that adopted in the subject, and analyzes the construction and the process flow of solid waste incineration with retort pyrolysis gasification.Heat balance calculation and material balance calculation of typical solid waste incineration with retort pyrolysis gasification are based on experiments data. And on this base, the effects of main operation parameters of solid waste incineration process on stable combustion are analyzed and the control strategy of the firebox is determined and optimized.Based on the research of theory and experiment, and according to the control strategy of the firebox, the firebox controller of solid waste incineration with retort pyrolysis gasification has been designed. It realizes the automatic control of the combustion in the firebox and achieves the automatic operation of the entire incineration process cooperated with the PLC control system. The combustion efficiency and the automation level of the incinerator system are enhanced greatly.
