| Domestic waste incineration for power generation is the most effective and reasonable way to harmlessly process waste and reuse resources in today’s world.The incinerator is the most core equipment of the waste incineration process,in which the mechanical grate furnace occupies the mainstream position.The automatic combustion control system of the incinerator is the core part of the automatic control of the entire waste incineration power plant,and plays a vital role in the stable operation of the entire incinerator,the discharge of pollutants and the amount of steam.Directly affect the economic efficiency and environmental protection emission indicators of garbage incineration power plants.Therefore,it is of positive significance to realize automatic combustion control of mechanical grate furnace.Based on the study of foreign technology,according to the characteristics of domestic domestic garbage and the operating experience of other established waste incineration power plants,the advanced PLC logic processor is selected,the most effective control strategy is written,and the mechanical grate furnace automatic combustion is optimized.Control System.On the one hand,it reduces the operating costs of garbage incineration power plants and improves the efficiency of power generation.On the other hand,it meets the increasingly stringent environmental protection standards for pollutant emissions from the country and benefits mankind.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the combustion process of the mechanical grate furnace by analyzing the characteristics of domestic garbage;analyzes its difficulties and control characteristics,proposes an automatic combustion strategy that meets the combustion conditions of the mechanical grate furnace,and designs an automatic combustion control system.Including hardware selection,programming skills,parameter design of feeding grate and incineration grate control system,automatic control of combustion air volume,furnace garbage thickness and850 ℃ 2 S calculation method In-depth study of the control system strategy design,the introduction of fuzzy control ideas,has achieved good control results for the non-linear,large-lag control of the waste incineration process.On the basis of ensuring the stable and efficient operation of the mechanical grate furnace,the furnace temperature and thermal reduction rate are controlled within the target range to ensure that the emission meets the standard,and the stable,safe and efficient operation of the entire garbage incineration power plant is achieved. |
