The Work Flows Study Of Tyre Based On Industrial Engineering

Tyre is the main part of the automobile.It's also one of the most important factors which raises an automobile's ability of safety and consume. Along with the development of automobile profession, the demand of tyre also increases gradually, society's request to the function and the amount of tyre is also getting higher. Nowadays, the study of tire is focused on the function and the structure of the original materials, and the advance of the equipments, the analysis of the whole production line's efficiency is not too much. Therefore, the production ability of most business enterprises didn't develop completely. According to the actual production circumstance of rubber E factory, this text using industrial engineering to carry on analysis and research of the production line of tire, in order to raise the efficiency of production process with less or no payment at all.The main techniques of industrial engineering include Work Study and Ergonomics. Work Study and Ergonomics are mutually and contacted to each other. The object of the work research is the production process, but this production process belongs to and pushes forward by people, so we should consider human factors at the same time of raising production efficiency. Equally, although ergonomics takes more care of human bodies, it is based on how to raise the efficiency of work flow. Simplely looking for comfort, safety, efficient of environment but escape from actual effiency of production isn't been carry out.It works only by combining the two things together, and then the effiency enhanced, based on the two points, this text analyze tire production process of the rubber E factory using the procedure analysis, operation analysis and the measurement of the work etc. to improve and standardize the work flow. To reduce the person's tired degree and the safety of the work environment enhances the efficiency of tyre in the meantime.Finally, this test discusses how to carry on the futher study.
