With the development of technology and informationization, it has become a commonplace in the modern life that a growing number of people spend hours to sit in the front of the computer to work, study and surf online, as computer has become a essential part of their life. Taking modern office workers as an example, on a long-term observing their working conditions and behaviors, because of long time sitting in front of the desk and in one position, their muscles and cervical vertebra are under tension day after day, which could be harmful to their healthy by causing Cervical Spondylosis, Scapulohumeral Periarthritis and Lumbar Muscle Strain. The healthy problem has already increasingly arouses society attention.Flourishing ergonomics, a scientific discipline concerned with the understanding of interactions among humans and other elements of a system, machines and environment factors, aims at making products work better with environment and human’s physiology and psychology, and in order to optimize producing efficiency, production’s security and comfort, and human healthy. In order change the defective design and negative impact on the working human’ s healthy, this subject, analyzing sorts of fluctuation office desk in market and working posture by alternate between siting and standing, discuses uses of fluctuation working desk from ergonomics, and decides whether this desk could improve working comfort and efficiency. Moreover, further demonstrate fluctuation desk could be put into use in office to provide users a better experience and healthy, and prevent diseases such as Cervical Spondylosis, Scapulohumeral Periarthritis and Lumbar Muscle Strain.
