Supported by research cooperation between China and Korea on "technologies for intermediate stuff & final industrial goods from waste plastic film", we study producing anti-slipping panel and pipes with waste plastic films, by the way we discuss the factors influencing the quality and the cost of the products. We hope the plastics products made by waste plastics can be used in general life when we make more efforts to improve the qualities.There are four parts of my study :(1) Take landfill waste and dumping waste for example, we separated the plastic films from the two kinds of waste. We measured the water and impurity percent in plastics; contrast them with the fresh municipal waste solid. (2) We offered a technology of plastic drying and impurity-off which the equipment named air drying machine. We study the influence of the rate of plastics feed into and the circle times to reduce the water and impurity in plastics. We also study the relationship between the temperature, wind velocity and plastics. We had a conclusion that the technology can deal with the impurity of plastics in landfill waste very well. The machine is not good at separate the plastics in different sorts.(3) We used the 3 year plastic films to produce pellets, considering PP has higher fusion temperature than PE, we totally according to the operating condition when WAFP granulitization except using a higher temperature. We compare the quality of pellets to the China standard; it is above the quality standard to make plastic products. (4) We used four kinds of pellets to make the final products, anti-slipping and pipe. Compare the results with the standards to find out whether it is up to par.The study shows that the plastics of landfill waste which have a shorter landfill time can be recycled to produce renew products through separation and purification; Anti-slipping panel and pipes are propgable products to the market.The price of waste plastic is not high, and economical analysis of making waste plastic into products indicates that it can reduce the cost after reasonable programming and good modulating the whole recycling process, such as we should...
