Study On The Load-bearing Capacity Of Environment In The Estuary Wetlands Of Minjiang River

Guided by the thought of environmental scientific theory and system theory, the paper analyzes the physical environment (such as the wetland water environment, atmospheric environment, etc.) and the humane environment (such as economic development level, population, etc.) in the Estuary Wetlands of Minjiang River in Fujian province.Secondly, the study theory of load-bearing capacity of environment is systematic analyzed, and the evaluation index system of load-bearing capacity of environment in the Estuary Wetlands of Minjiang River is build. Applying the appraisal models load-bearing capacity of environment, the load-bearing capacity of environment is calculated, appraised and systematic analyzed. The appraisal result shows: except load-bearing capacity of the atmospheric environment, load-bearing capacity of bio-diversity and, economy development level at present, the other field load-bearing capacity of environment is in the state of overloading the state or overload partly, especially the load-bearing capacity of land environment, population pressure index goes beyond the environment allowing value.Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to protect and improve the load-bearing capacity of environment in the Estuary Wetlands of Minjiang River: 1. Catch the focal point, launch the comprehensive administration of the air pollution in an all-round way; 2. Prepare scientifically, strengthen the construction dynamics of the sewage treatment facilities; 3. Strengthen the land and build supervision, control wetlands and develop the scale; 4. Ensure that the correct orientation is maintained in public opinion, launch wetland environmental protection and propagate educational work; 5. Set up and amplify the environmental monitoring network, offer technical support for the thing that the wetland is protected; 6.Strengthen wetland scientific research, .set up the ecological protection zone in the Estuary Wetlands of Minjiang River in Fujian province; 7. Set up the management system of protection of resources of wetland, strengthen wetlands and protect and enforce the law; 8. Renovate the protection project synthetically, improve the wetland ecology and resume ability.
