Study On The "Four-one" Project Of Construction Of Enterprise Safety Culture

This text elaborated the concept essence and function of the safety culture ,the function of the enterprise security culture, and the importance of the safety culture construction , putting forward the method of the enterprise security cultural construction through analyzing the contrast between domestic and international present enterprise security culture, we saw that although currently the safety cultural construction gets a quicker development in some business enterprises in China, and gets achievements somewhat, but in all, that's so much far away from the safety development and the goal of constucting a harmonious society, the margin is still very big .The safe law consciousness of most people and employee is weak, the safety consciousness and the technical ability of most people are weak which might threat related life safety and the occupation health needs an improvement urgently keeping raising all the people's safe cultural consciousness continuously is the key way to carry out the turning of the safety production situation from good to better, is also a very important task of each business enterprise now and forever. Therefore, the construction of enterprise security culture is a key factor to solve the security problems of our enterprises.The construction of enterprise safety culture is an extention of safety cultural principle to practice. To make a positive interaction between the safe cultural theories and the safe culture of the business enterprise, we should based on the conclusion of enterprise security culture and its construction, put forward the method that enterprise security culture needs to be formed based on the actual condition of each part, upgrading the safe cultural construction to a system project, namely "4-one" project of the construction of the enterprise security culture, an enterprise security cultural manual, an evaluation system of enterprise security culture, a development program of enterprise security culture, a body of a series of construction of the enterprise safety culture. through the making-studying-publicity-carrying through of the manual and the ways and activities based on the body of a series of enterprise security culture, and the valuation and improvement to the safe cultural condition, carrying out the construction purpose of the enterprise security cultural development continuously,exterminating the bad cultural factor of the enterprise, building a kind of advanced safety cultural atmosphere that taking the development of the person and the development of the business enterprise as a common goal.
