After reading amount of documents about the method to analyze and solve the problems from phosphorous gypsum, and use it, the condition of making use of the phosphorous gypsum is discussed and analyzed in the paper, the merits and drawbacks of methods used in every nation about how to make phosphorous gypsum purified and methods of scarifying is analyzed. Then the research direction of the paper is determined.Because the extraneous component of phosphorous gypsum makes a great influence to the building gypsum, the influence of building gypsum from it is expounded in detail. Then a conclusion is drawn that we can use the lime and the microwave to dispose the phosphorous gypsum, and to produce building gypsum.According to the front analysis, on the base of the basic theory of microwave technique, the velocity of gypsum in the field of the microwave is analyzed and calculated. And based on the theory of heating up with microwave added charcoal, a new method is put forward about how to calculate the temperature rise velocity of the mixture when heating up it. Then the temperature rise of the phosphorous gypsum added 5% charcoal is calculated.The physical and chemical property of phosphorous gypsum from Kunyang phosphate factory of Yunnan is tested in the paper. And according to the calculate result a new method is presented, that is use phosphorous gypsum from Kunyang phosphate factory of Yunnan as crude material, and microwave as a tool, and lime as a addition agent, researched a new method which can turn the phosphorous gypsum into the building gypsum with the correct technology parameter.The processes of experimentations in this thesis are analyzing the chemical component of the prototype of phosphorous gypsum and phase analyzing→balancing out by lime→microwave proposal→scarifying→phase analyzing→parameter determine→product. To avoid the amount of numerical measure, the experimentation is designed by means of optimum experimentation. With this method optimum parameters are ascertained.All the procedure and the experimental results analyzed in detail in the paper,the performance of the product is tested, an economic technical compare is made, and then come to a conclusion that it is feasible that use the proposed phosphorous gypsum by lime as a crude material to produce the building gypsum. At the termination of the paper, a compare is made about performance of product between new technology and the old, and proved that the phosphorous gypsum which was disposed by new technology can be turned to the building gypsum met to the necessity of national code. New technology, presented in the paper, not only made use of the coproduct of industry, but also protected the environment from the pollution. It is a most important significance that a new suggestion presented in the paper is a reference material on how to propose the phosphorous gypsum by an environmental protection method.
