At present the reason lies in the high logistics cost, long circulating time, therefore, circulation became "the bottleneck" .This article uses contract and vertical integration conception to conform the slaughtering stage and the retail sale stage effectively, which has solved the barrier of circulation between upstream production and the processing in the certain degree; to change the loose cooperation relations between the slaughtering stage and the live pig cultivation stag which caused the hidden danger in pork quality security, the article adopts "the company + base + peasant household" and "the company + large-scale pig farm + peasant household" forms, to promote the conformity of production stage and slaughtering stage, and possibly is the key to safeguard the pork quality security; the article uses the electronic commerce technology to construct downriver supply chain of the chilled meat, reduces its circulating time from production to the expansion. In order to guarantee appropriate running of the whole chilled meat supply chain, this article finally gives some suggestions about the policy and the environment.
