This dissertation includes three parts. The first chapter shows a review about the mordenresearch of Erodium stephanianum, and the polyphenol ingredient, and the application of theinfluence of the medicine carrying on the blood vessel growth. The second chapter studies theextracted term of the effective fraction of Erodium stephanianum based on the CAM model. Thethird chapter studies the synthesis shikmic acid series derivative, and we carried on thepreliminary inquisition to its activities.The first chapter mainly discusses the modern research of the Erodium stephanianum and thepolyphenols and the application of the influence of the medicine carrying on the blood vesselgrowth. The first part elaborated three aspects: 1 Erodium stephanianum and its history, 2 theresearches of Erodium stephanianum chemical compositions, 3 the pharmacological activity andclinical researches of Erodium stephanianum. Because the main Compounds in the Erodiumstephanianum are the polyphenols ingredients, we summarize the modern research of polyphenolsin the second part. The modern research indicated that there is much relationship between thegrowth of blood vessel and many kinds of diseases, both suppressing the newborn of blood vesseland promoting the newborn of blood vessel have certain utilization in treating disease. Therefore,we summarize the following aspects: 1 the aspects which influence the growth of the blood vessel;2 the utilization of promoting or depression of the growth of the blood vessel.The second chapter studies the extracted term of the effective fraction of Erodiumstephanianum based on the CAM model. First we use the CAM model to find the effectivefraction which promotes the growth of blood vessels, second we optimize the technology ofextracting the effective fractions from Erodium stephanianum using chemical index. The bestconditions of the extracting and isolating technology are A% ethanol, A hours of digeratur attemperature of B℃, A-fold solvent and B times of extraction, ethanol was removed by rotaryevaporation at temperature of B℃till the density is Ag/ml, extract with isometric ethyl acetate for3 times, the solvent was recycled to B volume. extract with isometric A% NaHCO3 for B times,transfer pH value to C with hydrochloric acid, extract with isometric ethyl acetate for 3 times. We study and establish the fingerprint of the effective fraction of Erodium stephanianum byRP-HPLC method. We discovered that along with the ability of the effective fraction increasingactivity of promoting the growth of blood vessel, the content of Rt=32 peak increasedcontinuously. This message signifies that this compound maybe have the function of promotingthe growth of blood vessel.Establish methods of determination polyphenol in Erodium stephanianum and the effectivefraction of Erodium stephanianum with the index of gallic acid using phosphomolybdotungsticreagent and VIS- spectrophotometric method. The calibration curve is linear at ranges of0.0026-0.013mg/ml. Phenolic compounds average content in Erodium stephanianum wasdeterminated at 6.75%, the effective fraction of Erodium stephanianum 62.5%. The content ofindex compound gallic acid is determined by HPLC. The calibration curve is linear at ranges of0.08~0.72μg. Gallic acid in Erodium stephanianum was determinated at 0.035%, the effectivefraction of Erodium stephanianum 0.51%.Detect residual acetic ether in the effective fraction of Erodium stephanianum by gaschromatography.We intend to synthesis a series of the shikimic acid derivative; finally, we synthesized twocompounds: 5-O-cinnamyl-(-) methyl shikimate, 3-O-galloyl-(-) - hydroshikmic acid. We useCAM model to find which component can influence the growth of blood vessel, and find that5-O-cinnamyl-(-) methyl shikimate have the effect of depressing the growth of blood vessel.
