The Welding and Production in the Big Thick-Cliff, The Large-Scale, High-Content, Endure-Ablation of the pressure vessel of the Boiler, Oil, chemical,because of reason of the error of the manufacture-installation and the abnormity of geometry-form of the cylinder(departure ideal gyration object),the cylinder wheel on the roller bed,inevitably it will occur axial drifting,so that affect the welding quality.If not take the anti-floating measure,the welding cannot going because of the large drifting.The article further probe into the emerging main issue of axial drifting in welding; Further studide on the rule of the axial drifting by theory combine with practice;Explotitation for the anti-axial drifting of the intelligent roller bed system(include it's structure and work principle,software and hardware design of the control system,interface of POD and so on);Analyse the controlling of the rotational speed of the driving roller and adjust mechanism for the axial drifting of the cylinder.Meanwhile,a nonlinear control method with displacement and velocity negative feedback is presented.From the theoretically,study on the the anti-axial drifting of the intelligent roller bed system, afford theory and design according especially analyse and design the power of the roller bed,prescribe the manufacture and install permit-error of the roller bed in rational, anti-floating mechanism of a cylinder in welding, choose transducer electromotor and so on.The system can solve the welding question like the narrow-diastema, insidewall-pile;at the same time,it can solve the various of welding question which use in the course of manufacture the cylinder content of the chemical, oil- refining, shipbuilding and so on,it also can solve the assemble and welding of the heavy cylinder,the system can realization the precision,the large,the multifunctional, the numeric,the intelligentize and the integration,it not only can improve efficiency but also insure the steady quality of the welding in course of the batch manufacture, save the manual work adjust time which owing to the drifting, decrease labour force,increase the precision and quality of the welding,reduce the cost.
