At present, the open architecture controller and the fieldbus for motion control is a hotspot at home and abroad in the field of numerical control system. This paper analyses the advantage of the typical open architecture controller and improves. The open movement control platform based on RTSB, which uses the open numerical control architecture, in this architecture, we use the fieldbus to connect the PC machine and intelligent control nod, that is, in order to control the system intelligently, we use a signal wire or optical fibre which connects all the drivers and the I/O port to transmit signals.The invention and application of the fieldbus changes the autocontrol system greatly, and this paper raises a RTSB(Real Time Serial Bus), introduces its broadcast topology structure and the layered frame, and explains the agreements used in the fieldbus.The nowoven industry is called the Sunrise industry. In the few years, the nowoven industry developed quickly in our country, but the crosslapper machine which is considered the pivotal machine is shortage in quality and quantity, and the low-level crosslapper machine becomes a difficult problem. On the base of researching the high speed crosslapper machine at home and abroad, this paper gives the move model and the control method. In the control method, this paper uses the international streamlined technique, ensures the quality of the produce. This method uses the s-curve to accelerate and decelerate, which can make the dollies to move smoothly. A method used to correct the lapper is also gived in the paper, and it is proved to be useful.This paper makes use of open move control platform based on the RTSB in the control of high-speed crosslapper machine. Contrapose the special use in the crosslapper machine system, it is essential to transform some function.In the system, all the control is operated by the up-pc machine, and the intelligent control nod is only used for communicating and translating the instruction. The control system uses Visual C# to empolder the up-pc software, and uses c to empolder the intelligent control interface. This paper uses modularize design, and according to different function, the system actualizes every model, which ensures the stability of the software.Now, the crosslapper machine has been used in the factory, whose maximal input speed can be 120 m/min, output speed can be 0.5 to 60 m/min, and the precision can be less than 0.5 mm, and the CV value is less than 3%, which indicates that the crosslapper machine is advance internationally.
