The compound material of cold steel rolling is a new kind of compound material, which were cold rolling compounded and taken steel as the base material, the copper, the aluminum and so on the non-ferrous metal as the compound material. It was not only saves the massive precious non-ferrous metals, but also the capability of the base material and the compound material were reserved, then it can be satisfied with some more different environment and special conditions, thus it was widely applied to domain such as aerospace, electricity, vehicles, war industry and so on, which makes the contradiction of lacking resources and high request to the material alleviated in a large degree.The technological process of the cold steel rolling and the proliferate process later were introduced detailedly in this article, including the surface process, the control process, and the optimum temperature and best heat preservation time in proliferates process after cold steel rolling.The surface process, the control process, and the heat proliferate process after cold steel rolling of the new compound material were studied with a mass of experiments in this article. The burnish quality of the metal surface is one of the key aspects which decide the compound process can be success or failure. The surface burnish process is rub truncates or polish the compound surface of the metal, which removes the oxide on the surface of the metal and makes it certain roughness. Best level of the roughness can make the rolling compound enhanced greatly.During the process of compound material rolling, the quantity pressed play the key role to the rolling intensity, different compound materials take different requests to the material pressed such as the steel -aluminum, the steel - copper, which influenced by the factors such as degree of hardness ,steel nature and so on.The diffused heat treatment after rolling the compound material is a important production technological process. The two together metals majority mechanical linking by pure dependence on mechanical rolling could not achieve technical request, some suitable heat treatment was the important method to stabilize and enhance the rolling compound material performance. Not only the scope of weld (line) would be gradually expanded but also the new weld(line) would be started with the proliferation anneal, at the same time, the sclerous metal been replied and recrystallized, the crystal grain become thin, the remaining stress were eliminated, the plasticity enhanced. Two metals were combined closer, the joint intensity become bigger and advantageous to further processes.
