As the enhancement of people’s living standard and the progress of social civilization, People require the continuous improvement in their own and put forward higher request to the clothing and material of each aspect.The winter coat under a low temperature is one of the type of that which is particularly important especially in improving warmth retention property of wool winter coat.This topic derives from the wool winter coat enterprise and the research object is wool winter coat which fills with flakes of wool as thermal materials. Wool is a natural thermo-protective materials which has advantages in flexbility、hygroscopicity and warmth retention property. In addition, the most fabric of wool winter coat is coated. Being coated, the permeability of the wool winter coat decreased that made it excellent in waterproof and wind proof. Because of this great strengths, the wool winter coat is favored by the consumers in a cold climate. However, there are also some wool winter coat with the problems of consumers——namely poor in permeability and permeability. Due to most of fabrics of wool winter coat is coating fabric that a large number of sweat are unable discharge by the form of steam when people activities in this kind of dress. And there are a mass of adsorption water and stick with water formed in the clothing internal which makes people feeling uncomfortable with wet and sticky nausea. As the result of this situation, it can not meet the needs of lasting worm with wool winter coat. In order to improving the warmth retention properties and air permeability in wool winter coat effectively that this paper takes a series of tests on the common fabric of wool winter coat and the fundamental of accessories and also discusses the effect of fabric and flakes of wool on wool winter coat insulation permeability. Based on the test results, shell fabric was designed and produced which could improve the wool winter coat insulation permeability and equipped with the drill hair function. In addition, combined with the temperature characteristics in temperature zones, cold regions and high-cold area that the flakes of wool grammage of wool winter coat was analysed under the cold condition and provide a certain reference on the matching clothes under the different cold climate.This thesis statistical analysis through the test and data of wool winter coat’s insulation permeability and the drill hair performance and draw the following conclusions: (1)Through the human dress experiment, it indicated that the most significant causes of poor air permeability and lasting warmth retention property in wool winter coat is the coating.(2)Through the insulation performance test of fabric and wool Xupian, it explained that the major factor of the influence on wool winter coat’s thermal insulation property is the design parameter of flakes of wool.(3)Compared with plain structure and satin weave, the uncoating twill organization is suitable for the organizational structure of wool winter coat fabric by the advantages of its heat preservation and air permeability.(4)Focus on the characteristics(cold and dry) of winter climate in China’s northeast, northwest, north, the uncoating the drill hair fabrics is easily be designed for high density.It can reduce the drill wool quantity of wool fibre and improve the capability of wool winter coat’s heat preservation effectively(5)nsuring the human body in warm that different low temperature conditions appropriate different wool of flocculant design; At the same temperature, the flakes of wool grammage of wool winter coat is also different when the human body in different activities state such as static, general walk and the rapid walking.This research is based on the special industry in Shanbei region.It is around the technical problems which exist in the enterprise for years in the wool winter coat industry.In order to promote the quality and market competitive of wool winter coat that the researches of the thesis supply the technical solutions to solve the problems on wool winter coat’s lasting heat preservation and air permeability.
