The 2E12 aluminum alloy with high-intensity and heat-resisting belongs to Al-Cu-Mg series aluminum alloy, its American trademark is 2524, It is a new aluminum alloy on the foundation of 2024 alloy, through reducing impurity element and so on the Fe, Si content, improving the alloy fracture toughness, fatigue and the anti-stress corrosion performance. This main strengthening phase of 2E12 is S(Al2CuMg) andθ(Al2Cu). The high-intensity 2E12 aluminum alloy prepares under the complex technological conditions, and the performance of plane is affected by many different factor and so on quantity, rolling temperature, rolling speed. Research of obtaining good performance index and good service condition has not formed. Overseas has obtained the stable technology in this item of product development aspect, but the domestic research is starting the stage.In view of the 2E12 new aluminum alloy, we had studied hot rolling, cold rolling techinics,that are suiting for the 650 mills. Making the plane to the standard test specimens, that specimens have surveyed under its T4 heat treated condition stretching mechanics performance and the fatigue performance, that can satisfy the correlation of the national standards. Using the metallography microscope to observe the 2E12 aluminum alloy plane microstructure, and has studied the relations between the microstructure and rolling craft parameter. Useing scanning electron microscope (SEM) to observe the stretch and fatigue testing specimens, and analyz the break mechanism. And using the DEFORM software to carry on the simulation to the rolling process. This article aiming at 650 reversing mills ability, has formulated the 2E12 aluminum alloy superiorly hot rolling, the cold rolling craft system.And developing a new generation antifatigue aluminum alloy, the performance has achieved a good performance figures. Using finite element software to carry on the simulation to the 2E12aluminum alloy rolling process, that will provide the reference data in the future for the aluminum alloy rolling experiment.
