Fatigue damage is the main form of failure of structural engineering and mechanical equipment.In order to give full play to potential strength of existing 2E12 aluminum alloy with performance of high-strength and resistant fatigue damage,improve the fatigue property of their products,estimate the fatigue life of their related components accurately,giving a study on fatigue of its rolling plate has an important theoretical value and wide application.If we determine fatigue life dependent on the test entirely,it will have the shortcomings,such as long work cycles,expensive cost,experimental results do not be universal.This paper gives property experimental research and numerical simulation analysis of fatigue life to rolling plate of 2E12 aluminum alloy,which is on the basic of scientific theories and calculation methods of study on fatigue, using test analysis method,from the two levels of physical experiment and engineering simulation.In the paper,experiment of X-ray detection shows that 2E12 aluminum alloy plate has no internal macroscopical defects;fatigue test could deepen our understanding of stress fatigue property of 2E12 aluminum alloy,obtain the material S-N curve through regression analysis,provide basis data for fatigue analysis.We use finite element software ABAQUS to establish the model of fatigue specimen and plate with central hole,use fatigue analysis software MSC.Fatigue to analyze,predicte fatigue life,analyze the impact of stress,the circular characteristics on fatigue life of 2E12aluminum alloy plate,give the formula of the impact of fatigue life of changes in the size of holes.And then,results were compared with experimental results that it verifies the accuracy of numerical simulation to analyze fatigue, reflects the reliability and superiority of numerical simulation method.We select a piece of typical analogous connector for fatigue analysis,give a prediction of its fatigue life under actual conditions.The results show that the 2E12 aluminum alloy has better fatigue property than 2A12.It has important reference value for study on fatigue resistance of 2E12 aluminum alloy and the actual production and application in the future.
