All parts of the whole pre-tight combined frame were brought to bear a pre-tight force overpass the tie-rod after they are assembled. All coalescent surfaces keep close-knit contact when they are endured work force and gapping with the coalescent surfaces do not appeared. This is the integrity of the combined frame. This configuration press overcome the states that is pulled and pressed of the column for the traditional configuration of three crossbeam and four column. the force state for the column of the press is effective ameliorated, This configuration press absolute avoid many fearful failures,such as rupture at the column's root.In this dissertation,it was analysed by MARC the greatness software of FEM. The density of FEM model is selected by the compare results between sparseness plot gridding model and encrypt plot gridding model and the whole calculation model and combination calculation model. The FEM model of hydraulic press is set up by these compare results.In this dissertation,the body integrity of the combined frame forging hydraulic press noumenon is analyzed with FEM,a viewpoint that the failure of integrity is mainly incarnated by the gapping at the junction of the crosshead and the columns is put forward. The gapping can be divided into translation gapping and bend gapping,depending on the trend of cap developing. Also the effects of the structure parameters of tie-rod and column and crosshead,as well as of the force-energy parameters such as bias load,pre-tight force,on the integrity are studied systemically.In this dissertation,getting across the influence rules of configuration parameter for the body integrity,we select the right configuration parameter for the 120MN free forging combined frame hydraulic press.the body integrity ofthe press is analyzed with FEM and gained the calculation result of all work status,for example,the deform and stress data for tie-rod,column,upper beam and base plate.Then the final designing scheme is whole investigated.
