With the rapid development of information technology, the ability of managing information inside an enterprise and exchanging information outside an enterprise is growing at top speed. The ability of information management, the efficiency and the quality become the key factors in the high development of an enterprise. For the manufacturing industry, the NC machine tool has been widely used. Monitoring the machine tool is a vital link. For a modern enterprise, it is advanced and practical to adopt the distributed remote measure technology based on can bus, which can grasp the fast flow of information, improve the efficiency of information exchange, efficiently solve the problems of separation machine and heterogeneity, and grasp promptly the running state of the equipment without coming to the working spot.This paper studies distributed remote measure technology about NC machine tool, introduces a design scheme of distributed remote measure-control about NC machine tool, and sets up the remote measure-control platform about NC machine tool. This system is divided into three layers-field layer, middle layer and user layer in whole design. Field layer adopts CAN bus; middle layer adopts the middleware technology of combination of CORBA and Web Service; user layer has web client and Non-web-based client to satisfy different needs.Standing for the distributed technology, CORBA is of ripe experience and integrated steady Architecture. But it is limited by firewall in practice. Its network communication protocol uses non-interface and it is fit for design of application system in LAN. Web Service is a kind of middleware technology which is at the beginning of development. It can be accessed and applied on the Internet through Internet standard protocol, but the performance of the field layer need be further developed and perfected. This paper finishes combination of CORBA and Web Service. It is proved by practice that the middleware technology of combination of CORBA and Web Service is an effective way to realize distributed remote measure-control about NC machine tool.In modern enterprise, it is a key link to measure the running accuracy of NC machine tool. We develop a measure-control equipment based on CAN bus, realize real-time tests to running accuracy of NC machine tool, and finish the whole ware design. In the previous research, it is found that the measure-control instrument based on MCS-51 Single Chip Microcomputer doesn't perform well in processing the transmitted data. Then the collection and control of the real-time data will be influenced to some degree, which is beyond the expectations. Integrating the previous research, this paper introduces the design of remote measure-control instrument about NC system based on DSP to achieve more satisfied results.With the rapid development of science and technology, the NC machine tool gets ahead continually, inclines to automation control. Distributed numerical control (DNC) means that many NC machine tools are controlled by one computer or several ones. Different from the traditional DNC system, the distributed remote measure-control system of NC machine tool can make precision measure of NC machine tool, monitor and control running state of NC tool, and finally analyze data collected from running machine tool to judge whether it works normally or not. While the traditional DNC system is of more powerful functions.Recent years, wavelet analysis has been applied in various fields, especially in the field of data-processing. In this paper, wavelet analysis is applied to data-processing of distributed remote measure-control about NC machine tool. Adopting wavelet analysis we manipulate and analyze running state signal of NC tool and get rid of interference signal.Besides,we finish some relative error analysis and processment based on interpolation circle with Least Aquares Analysis and Neural Network and get satisfied results too.
