With the rapid development and extensive application of computer network technology.computer network control is applied more and more widely. It has become a focus of research inthe field of automation. We can make full use of physical and mental resource and build sharablenetwork resource library through it. We can realize CIMS synchronously.Remote monitor technology and the application of it are studied in thesis. A project fordesign and realization of the remote control systems based on fieldbus and Internet is presented.The speed of information intercommunion for Device-net is greatly enhanced through making useof fieldbus technology. Especially, it can realize remote control and maintenance in accord withthe need for amalgamation of management and control on Internet. It benefits nobody's watchingand fault diagnosis out of the way. Therefore, it is significant to research on some correlativefields.For the whole system,it is divided into three layers--field layer.middle layer anduser layer.In the field layer,the author choosed CAN Field Bus as the distributing controlling technique,and the thesis brings out CAN devices based on DSP.and movement-precision of NC tool may be measured by them.In the middle layer.the paper choosed CORBA or Web Service as the key technique of controlling and calculation,afer introducing their characteristics of these current prevalent middleware techniques.such as COM(DCOM, COM+),EJB,CORBA,Web Service.and analyzing in contrast with them.The author studied on the comparison and integration of CORBA and Web Services in the paper ,and the case is successfully applied to the system united debugging primarily.In the user layer.our major task is a choosing of user's mode.On the basis of practical needs,choosedenterprise and long-distance mode as the user layer mode.In the range of enterprise,the major is the good-real measure-control user based on windows interface;and in the remote range,the major is simple-convenient user.For testing scientific feasibility of the whole system.the author brings out a suit of experiment equipment,and geted a set of satisfactorily experimental results.The system can unit debugging,and gets a set of satisfactorily experimental results.The system can accomplish that the web user can send out commands to the field-bus layer,and on the basis of the specific commands.the field-bus device can do.And then the movement-status information.
