According to the research result before,the plant polysaccharides did benefit for food intake on the diabetes suffer.The polysaccharides of rice bran is very effective significantly reduce blood glucose in the diabetes rate.may it is the same to human kind.The extraction rate of traditional method of hot water extracting and ethanol precipitating was always very low though the plant polysaccharide possess wonderful health fountiong.This study might reveal how to extract water-soluble polysaccharide from rice bran by different method.and several important factors to extraction were discussed.This experiment uses the hot water immersion formulation to extract the rice bran saccharide. The craft parameters that affect extract of the rice bran polysaccharide such as the soak proposes temperature, the soaks proposes time, the material hydraulic modulus, and the pH value are discussed. The single factor experiment is based on those 3 craft parameters and designs the orthogonal experiment in this foundation, proposed extracts the rice bran polysaccharide best craft condition: the best Soaks raises temperature is 110℃, the best material hydraulic modulus is 1: 20, the best soaks raises time is 6 hours。The microwave-assisted extraction technology for rice bran polysaccharides was studied. The effects of the microwave power, extraction time, ratio of sample to water on the extractability of saccharide were examined. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were the microwave power 385 W, extraction time 25 min, ratio of sample to water 1:25, and the extraction rate was 0.99%.Compared with the traditional water extraction method, microwave-assisted extraction have the advantage of higher extraction rate, less extraction time.Using Butanol-TCA to remove protein. Then , using the law Folin- phenol detected protein content, using acid-phenol France measuring polysaccharide content, and the result was just follow as the optimum conditiong of remoning protein were as follow:shaking 10min, using TCA concerntration 2%, butanol/polysaccharide solutiong=1/1 volume. The ethanol precipitating optimum was obtained by orthogonal test: the polysaccharide was deposited with pure ethanol (the content of ethanol was up to 95%) for 5h. ethanol solution/ polysaccharide solution =4/1 .With this technology the yield of polysaccharide was up to 2.47%.
