This thesis pays emphasis on the fail-safe analysis of hydraulic system in the drawing part of hydraulic support. Through building the fault-trees of the system and the main elements, and analyzing them with the digital simulation and the minimum cut sets non cross-link method, we can get the reliability of the system and the others'reliability parameters from computer. Moreover, according the effects, some ways has been given to improve the reliability. At last, the way of comprehensive active preventative maintenance has been given.
