Across The Road Piping Reliability Assessment

The crossing road pipeline is an important part of the long distance piping. The reliability of the crossing road pipeline affects the reliability of the whole pipeline system. It is very important to ensure the reliability of crossing road pipeline.The reasonable evaluation method to evaluate the reliability of the crossing road pipeline can not only prevent from the accident, but also develop the economic and social performance of the old piping, also give the new piping instructs.The following is what I did in this paper:1) This paper analyzed the disabled reason of the crossing pipeline and set up The Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) of the crossing pipe, and the database of the crossing pipe disabled.2) I applied the certain method evaluate the security and applied the Monte Carlo method to compute the reliability of the crossing the road pipeline with the corrosion defect; at the last, I synthesized all kinds of factors which lead the crossing pipeline to lapse and computer the reliability with the method of fuzzy comprehensive judgment.3) I also programmed the software which can easily make an evaluation for the crossing road pipe.
