The problem of loss of employees is very prevalent in the development process of nowadays economy, which blocks the development of companies, especially in such developing stage in China. Most researches have analyzed the harm of loss of employees from different point of view, but there is a blank in research of ordinary specific industry of employees'loss.The text choose the problem of loss of employees in Jiangsu Kangyuan pharmaceutical company as the research topic of masters'treatise, proceeding with the status of employee loss, integrating with the level of employee loss in different develop stages of Kangyuan pharmaceutical company. The study analyzes the relationship among loss of employees and society developing stage, company developing stage, macroscopically and microscopically lays.The detail viewpoints are:At the beginning, the reason and risk analysis of loss of marketing employees. Macro impact factors: social and cultural reasons, and factors of development of economy. Micro impact factors: the individual impact factors of companies and employees.Secondly, the disciplinary analysis of loss of marketing employees, the main research points are the relationship of loss of marketing employees and social development stages, company development stages; the cost analysis of loss of marketing employees; the logical loss rate analysis of marketing employees.Thirdly, expatiate the relationship among the loss of marketing employees of Jiangsu Kangyuan pharmaceutical company and the development stages integrated with the specific status of company; the cost of loss of marketing employees; the status of loss rate of marketing employees.The last part is the strategic research. This study gives two strategic advices, in fields of soft environment and hard environment, in promotion of employees and the problem of marketing employees'loss in pharmaceutical industry, based on human resource theories, western promotion principles and their models. The mainly part of hard environment is to build the direct construction of institutionalize, there are four advices which based on the institution of HRM in Jiangsu Kangyuan Pharmaceutical Company to settle those problem, all of them are to improve the ability of sales team's leadership and to set up a high efficiency team; to establish a professional,reasonable and high-efficient system for retaining and training employees ;to set up a check-up system in relatively fairly and easy to check achievements; to set up an policy to encourage marketing employees. Then is the construction of salary system which is a very important system, the main achievement is setting up a model about how to check-up the employees salary according to the theory knowledge which have been taught and through the background of many years practice experience, the last institution is enterprise risk prevention mechanism construction, that is how to establishes the positive risk prevention to control the unusually losing of employeesThe soft environment construction is on the point of cultural construction of Jiangsu Kangyuan Pharmaceutical Company, which is the cultural construction based on performance and the people oriented professional career design. The second point is the environmental construction of Jiangsu Kangyuan Pharmaceutical Company, the main strategy is construction the learning organization, improving the managing environment in grass roots, and implement the employee participated management.This theory is to implement the BPR(Business Process Rebuilding) in the marketing employees management process, in order to find out the illogical foundation of loss of employees radically, supporting of the institutional guarantee of the stabilization and persistent development.
