| Since reform and opening up, the pharmaceutical industry in Jilin Province has made significant progress, and now has become a medicine province with more completing medicine production system and circulation network. But in compare with the Western developed nations, in Jinlin Province ,even the wholl nation ,the pharmaceutical industry is still a low-skilled, low efficiency and low-profit industry.In spite of capital strength, technological developing capability or market controlling, Jilin Province has a large gap with the developed countries. The pharmaceutical industry in Jilin Province is facing severe challenges, and need urgently to formulate proper and reasonable industrial development strategy for guiding the medical enterprise group to active legitively .This is the basic conception of this paper.Firstly, the paper discussed the purpose and significance.So what is called "right establishment is half of the success" .So whether the paper chooses a right topic is of vital significance. This paper introduced the logic thinking, framework, the main content , key issues, research methods and technology line during the process of creation, as well as explainig related theories of development strategies in medicine industry, including the pharmaceutical industry classification ,related concepts'definition, industry characteristics and theoretical basis and including national competitiveness theory,after theory on the advantages, strategic management theory and the theory of technology innovation.Secondly, analyzing detailedly of the internal and external environment, Status and trends of Pharmaceutical Industry in Jilin Province under the application of international competitiveness theory and strategic management theory .Developing from the foreign and domestic mainline ,the paper analyzed respectively of foreign pharmaceutical industry's overall environment and domestic pharmaceutical industry's political environment,legal environment, technology, environment, economic environment and population environment, and analyzed the medical industry's development trends .Basing on this study ,the paper studied the impact on pharmaceutical industry after China's access to WTO.Thirdly, by using the technology innovation theory, the latter advantage and the strategic management theory ,the article made a SWOT analysis of pharmaceutical industries, Biopharmaceutical industries and the chemical industries in Jilin Province and designed the development strategy model of medicine industry in Jilin Province . On the basis of designing the overall model,the article respectively mold their own development strategy mode for the three industries, and provide the support strategies of the various modes'operation .Finally, relying on the designed development strategic model, the article studied the specific implementation strategies and security measures of the mode, and made a deep study in six important aspects: establishing and improving sound medical industry technology innovation system, establishing and improving a wide range of research and development investment system , promoting the internationalization process of the Pharmaceutical Industry, making a good plan, reforming the system and industrial legislation.As to Pharmaceutical Industry in Jilin Province, the strategic development model is a realistic , urgent, complex and arduous task.It is more complex of the organic combination, coordination and linkage of the level of strategies .However, as long as many insight people within the industry analyzing the current situation, identifying gaps, grasping the trend and innovating hardly , Pharmaceutical Industry in Jilin Province will be able to reach the world's advanced level. |
