In recent years, climate change has attracted wide attention, and the problem of climate change caused by carbon emissions has become increasingly prominent.Xi jinping comrades in the party's 19 th 2017 report,"a firm production development, life wealthy, ecology good civilization development path, the construction of beautiful China, for the people to create a good production and living environment, contribute to the global ecological security".Therefore,in the background of global climate change,China,as the largest emitter of carbon dioxide, supposed to make energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on the existing research, the carbon emission generated by residents' energy consumption comes from the demand for household energy.Household energy demand refers to the energy consumption in daily life of residents and can be divided into direct consumption and indirect consumption.Direct consumption refers to the energy consumption generated by living in the daily life of residents.Indirect consumption refers to the life cycle of goods and services, and indirect energy consumption caused by the stages of the same, the result of residents' consumption carbon emissions including direct carbon emissions and indirect carbon emissions. Therefore, this article selects the Jilin province as an example,1998-2016 as the research period, using the IPCC emission factor method,LMDI decomposition method and CLA model to calculate the consumer direct and indirect carbon emissions. The results of the study showed that there is an upward trend in Jilin province consumer direct carbon emissions, using LMDI model decomposition analysis, dividing direct carbon emissions into the population, urbanization rate, per capita energy consumption and carbon emission coefficient of four factors, according to the results, during the period of study, population, urbanization rate, per capita energy consumption, energy emissions are characterized by positive effect, the effect of population growth in the most significant, the effects of per capita energy consumption times, urbanization rate again, finally the energy emission effect. The indirect carbon emission of residents in Jilin province is generally greater than the direct consumption of carbon emissions by the residents, and its multiple relationship is about 2-7 times.Using LMDI model to the cause of indirect carbon decomposition analysis respectively, the eight industry which caused the indirectly carbon decomposition for the energy emission effect, technology effect, consumption expenditure effect, economic effect, and population effect,The separation of factors in the industry is analyzed.Jilin province consumer indirect emissions of the eight basic industry can be divided into three categories, the first kind of equipment supplies and services for food, family, education, culture and entertainment industry, consumer spending effect, technology effect, and population effect was positively to the driving effect of carbon emissions, and technical effect, energy emission effect on carbon negative effect to the driver,The second category is health care, traffic communication industry, economic effect, consumer spending effect and population effect, while technology effect and energy emission effect have negative driving effect on carbon emission. The third category is clothing, residence and miscellaneous goods and services industry, whose positive and negative driving factors are not stable.
