Research Of Environmental Health And Environmental Management In New Rural Reconstruction

In recent years, the environmental health research has becoming the focal point of national and the local development research in worldwide.The research such as the relationship between environment and health and the theory of environmental health has becoming thorough and perfect.Based on the theory of environmental health, the article established a Environmental Health Impact Assessment approach to resolve the environmental problem of new rural reconstruction through studied the ten-step model approved and recommended by the German Conference of State Health.The approach has seven part: the analysis of new rural reconstruction,the region survey,population analysis,environmental quality assessment,prognosis of future pollution and analysis of health impact,suggestion and conclusion.Based on the theory of reference selection,the article select two indicators:air and water,then used fuzzy mathematical model,tabulates the detailed list and matrix technique appraisal method.The paper used quality and quantity method to analyze the regional air and water quality based on the theory of chemistry,biology,environmental toxicology and environmental epidemiology.Through home court new rural reconstruction macroscopic and concrete goal and construction plan analysis,The article selected in the home court new rural reconstruction hygienic restroom improvement, the wastewater treatment,the security tap water project,the garbage disposal,the methane-generating pit construction,the path construction,the forestation,the poultry cultivation,the irrigation engineering,the enterprise has dumped pollutants and the medical system constructs the total 11 items of basic construction.In view of the project subject,the article analyzed the project related question,analyzed the water and air influence suffered from other impact.According to the existed question,the article proposed the suggestion which slow down the negative impact.Finally,through the appraisal result discussion,the article promulgated in the question which in the new rural reconstruction process and fault of environmental health impact assessment, discovered the new rural reconstruction environmental health problem. Based on the research, the article made a conclusion:based on the theory and reality, the feasibility of environmental health impact assessment is lower in new rural reconstruction of China.
