Evaluation And Applied Research On The Survey Of Population Environmental Health

The problem of environmental pollution caused by industrial development has notbeen solved timely and effectively in our China. After a long period of accumulation, thepopulation health damage caused by environmental pollution frequently happened. Thissubject combines the characteristics of environmental impact assessment and thecharacteristics of oil industry pollution and we try to establish environmental healthinvestigation and assessment system which is used in our oil industry. The expansion of thesystem is based on determination the way of environmental health survey, the formulationand testing of survey tools, the screening and calculation health assessment factor, and thepractical application research etc.(1) The topic conducts environmental health survey inpopulation used the self-questionnaire. First, the form and question banks of questionnairesare preliminary determined through literature research and the advice from experts. Then,two rounds of the Delphi method are conducted. The test version of the questionnaire isstudied out after the comprehensive consultation with experts on the topic of the importanceof the conversion value and the recommendations. The questionnaire is set up with30questions in four dimensions and the investigation is carried out in a small area. The qualityof the questionnaire is examined by SPSS18.0and after the examination; we can know thequestionnaire is with better application, reliability and validity. Final, a questionnaire of23questions in four dimensions is determined.(2) The environmental pollution caused by theoil industry will generate severe damage effects in our physical health, mental and behaviorhealth. We consider the characteristics of oil industry in environmental pollution and healtheffects to determine the terminal principles. We select the total number of deaths, excess ofdisease prevalence, the number of excess door emergency, the loss of health economic and the quality of life as an evaluation factor. We select the stomach cancer, liver cancer, lungcancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute and chronic bronchitis, cardiovasculardisease, asthma, pulmonary heart disease and the cerebrovascular disease as the terminalhealth effects.(3) The reverse of five grades valuation law is used in the questionnaire. Ittransforms the original score and contrasts it with the national norm which is used toanalysis the physical health of the population, mental health, social adaptability, and overallhealth. Econometric method is used to measure the environmental health damage in thepopulation. Willingness method is used in the small scope of the EIA with Payment CardQuestionnaires. Modified human capital method is used in the large scope of the EIA and itdivides environmental health loss into two parts: the direct economic losses and indirecteconomic losses. Moreover, the source and selection of the parameters is cleared which isinvolved in the calculation process. The environmental reason of the decline in the qualityof life is in-depth analysis with Fault tree analysis method and qualitative analysis the faulttree.(4) Existing sewage and new project engineering prediction sewage in refinery couldbasically meet the requirements of national standards. The new project will have someimpact on the health of the local population, because the regional environmentalbackground values are larger. The refinery of populations’ health status is relatively poor.Environmental health economic losses is99174.0ten thousand/year on low estimate value.The value of the median estimate is140432.4ten thousand/year and the value of the lowestimate is198696.0ten thousand/year. The Decline Fault Tree in the quality of life isestablished and to determine the minimal cut sets and minimal path sets of the fault tree.Besides, we should judge the importance of structure about the fault tree.
