Researches On The Preparation Of β-Enamino Ketones/Esters And Nitrles

In this thesis, we focus on the organic synthesis methodology by the using of simple catalysts or reagent. This thesis consists of two parts:1. CAN Catalyzed Preparation ofβ-Enamino ketoneCeric ammonium nitrate was used as the catalyst of condensation of amine withβ-dicarbonyl compounds to constructβ-enaminone derivatives. Under the optimized Conditions, both aliphatic primary amine and primary aromic amine could give good to excellent yield.2. Pd/Cu Catalyzed Cyanation Reactions with K₄[Fe(CN)₆]·3H₂OCyclopalladated ferrocenylimine /Cu catalyzed cyanation of aryl bromides with potassium hexacyanoferrate(II) was developed.The Pd/ Cu(OAc)₂ system was effective with electron riched aryl bromides, when electron deficient aryl bromides was used,better results were obtained with Pd/ CuI system,...
