At the present time, Oil Pumping Unit method is still the pride of place among various manual rising oil-pumping methods. Of all Oil Pumping Unit equipments, active girder Oil Pumping Unit is widely applied. The induce motor which Oil Pumping Unit uses, however, exists problems such as low load rate, long drive chain, bad pliability, great bulk and weight in the long stroke, low system efficiency and so on. This paper puts forward a new type of energy-saving Oil Pumping Unit -permanent magnetic synchronous gearless drawing Oil Pumping Unit aiming at the problems mentioned above. The research work of this paper is mainly developed around the key technical problems of permanent magnetic synchronous gearless drawing Oil Pumping Unit designs, the main work includes the following several parts:Firstly, the general project design of permanent magnetic synchronous gearless drawing Oil Pumping Unit. Oil Pumping Unit is made up of supporting frame, drawing machine, chain wheel, counterpoise and moving frame work. The principle of permanent magnetic synchronous gearless drawing Oil Pumping Unit is that the PLC controls the transducer power supply, the transducer controls signal exporting to the motor of the drawing machine, the power is transferred from drawing wheel, chain wheel group, steel wire rope to Oil Pumping Unit, and the Oil Pumping Unit moves ups and downs as the positive and negative rotation of the drawing machine, finishing the Oil Pumping work. This paper gives the ascertaining method of the output torque and power of permanent magnetic synchronous drawing machine.Secondly, applying finite Element Analysis software analyzes the Magnetic Field of permanent magnetic synchronous Machine which used in Oil Pumping Jack. Building up magnetic solution models and using finite Element method to count the distributing of unload magnetic field, the density of magnet in air gap and unload electromotive force. Meanwhile, using the same way to count the real magnetic distributing when motor is under load. Then, computering steady-parameter that bases on the count. Doing drag experiment to the sample machine by Direct current dynamo sets, measuring unload anti-electromotive force and analyzing measure results, all results are according to design requirements.Finally, applying ANSYS software to analyze mechanical stress field of the rotor of permanent magnetic synchronous gearless drawing-machine and give out stress analytic figure. This paper has changed the diameter of the rotor many times in order to gain a optimized rotor dimension of Oil Pumping Jack. The optimized dimension is 5mm less than the former and both stress and distortion are under requirement.
