| In recent year,many oil fields have entered the middle and later period in which the level of oil layer and the fullness of pump is low.It leads to low efficiency of beam pumping units.Conventional beam pumping units use mechanical gears as transmission mechanism.There is direct contact between teeth of mechanical gears,so there exists unavoidable shortcomings like abrasion,lubrication,temperature rising,noise,mechanical vibration,low reliability and so on.Field modulated magnetic gears(MGs)transmit power through magnet fields,so they overcome the problems of abrasion,vibration,low reliability and so on.A new type of direct-drive machine called magnetic geared machine(MGM)is the united of MG and permanent magnetic machine.It combines the advantages of low abrasion and high reliability from MG and the advantages of high power density and high power factor from permanent magnetic machine.It can drive the high torque directly.And it’s a new research area of beam pumping unit.This paper mainly works on:1.Explain the principle of MG using analytical method and finite element analysis(FEA)method.Find out how the parameters influence the torque of MG;2.Use FEA method to analyze the magnetic field,back EMF,electromagnetic torque,iron loss of the designed MGM.Do the transition simulation of open loop start process with FEA;3.Do research on the dynamic characteristic and control method on MGM.Test two control method on matlab;4.Compare the data of simulation and the experience data of real machine.The results of the experiment show that the structure of designed MGM is proper,that the control method is feasible and that the efficiency and power factor are improved after using MGM in beam pumping unit. |
