Application of Anodize technique is most abroad and successful in Surface protection techniques of Aluminum alloys. And almost 95% Anodize technique runs in sulphuric acid. This paper learns about wastewater treatment of typical Anodize plant. By analysis of waste fluid and production, this paper researched for a feasible method to dispose and reuse wastewater inside the plant, which established a decentralized model for wastewater treatment.At the beginning, SA20AP Ion-exchange resin of Mitsubishi DIAION series and Purolite A100 Ion-exchange resin were selected for the first round experiment. Through the beaker experiments, processes of adsorption and elution have been learnt. Also, SA20AP Ion-exchange resin was selected for the pilot study of kinetics and thermodynamics behaviors. In dynamic experiments, technical parameters of the experiment system have been learnt, including ion exchange capacities, influencing factors such as flow rate and initial concentration.The result shows that, a second-order adsorption kinetics equation was developed for the process. And the Langmuir-Freundlich isotherm was better to simulate the adsorption among the isotherm models of Langrnuir, Freundlich and Langrnuir-Freundlich. Both relevant parameters of the experiment data were calculated and two of the above were beyond 0.99. The result of the dynamic experiments shows that, ion exchange capacities was about 926.2g dissociated sulphufic acid, and 12 liters of mixed fluid was treated when the system penetrated. At room temperature(about 25℃), the better operation parameters were : Velocity of flow was 1.5L/min, ratio of solution and resins was 20/1, settle time was about 9mins. Experiment system has stable performance for 10 repeating operations.This method contrapose the characteristic of the waste fluid, not only out flow could reach the request of reusing, but also acid fluid could return to the manufacture allocation. The model of decentralization disposal and headstream controlling can improve the resource utilization ratio, and bring a financial benefit to factory. After further research, it's worth to apply to real occasion. If this process widely used, it will improve on the technical progress in Aluminum industry, result in great economic efficiency, as well as social and environment benefit, which is good to realize circulate economy.
