Ion exchange resin refers to a type of polymer compound with a network structure and active groups.Its molecular structure is mainly composed of two parts,the matrix skeleton of the resin and the active group composed of exchangeable ions and fixed ions.Ion exchange resins have functions such as catalysis and adsorption,and are widely used in the food industry,pharmaceutical industry,hydrometallurgy,environmental protection,and biological engineering.In this topic,a new synthetic method is used to prepare anion exchange resin with high specific surface area and study its structure and adsorption properties.1.Using DM1180 white ball resin(abbreviated as DM1180)as raw material,brominated resin(abbreviated as DM-Br)was prepared through bromination reaction,and then trimethylamine and ethylenediamine were used as aminating reagents to obtain two Anion exchange resin with high specific surface area,trimethylamine resin(abbreviated as DM-Br-TMA)and ethylenediamine resin(abbreviated as DM-Br-EDA).Determine the water content and bromine content of the above resins.The structure was characterized by infrared spectrometer,element analyzer and specific surface analyzer,and the results proved that the bromination reaction and the amination reaction proceeded successfully.2.The static and dynamic adsorption properties of DM1180,DM-Br,DM-Br-TMA and DM-Br-EDA to phenol,benzoic acid and salicylic acid in aqueous solution were studied.The results of the static adsorption study showed that:(1)The adsorption of phenol,benzoic acid and salicylic acid in the aqueous solution by the resin was spontaneous,and the process was an exothermic entropy reduction process;(2)The static adsorption study of phenol aqueous solution shows that the adsorption performance of DM-Br-TMA is better.When the initial concentration is500mg·L-1 at 288K,the adsorption capacity can reach 91.24mmol·L-1.The static adsorption study of benzoic acid aqueous solution shows that the adsorption performance of DM-Br-EDA is better.When the initial concentration is 500mg·L-1 at 288K,the adsorption capacity can reach139.18mmol·L-1.The static adsorption study of salicylic acid aqueous solution shows that the adsorption performance of DM-Br-EDA is better.When the initial concentration is 500mg·L-1 at 288K,the adsorption capacity can reach 240.61mmol·L-1.
